the red veins sounds like Roseacea, can be cleared up with meds. the very dry skin on the legs is a "hot topic" on another board i post on for herbalists, and exfoliating and mosturizing is pretty much all you can do. horse chestnut is good for circulation to the legs, so may be worth a try. oh and i just thought of it - bilberry would likely clear up the Roseacea because it strengthens & tones the blood vessels esp. the tiny ones

Skin tags are not normal.  The red dots and other raised brown bumps that resemble moles but are not moles, veins growing sideways not up and down, skin tags, stretch marks that are red are all symptoms of Bartonella.   Rashes, over growth of skin. red vascular blood vessels, patchy hair loss, deep lumps (Granulomas), tan pea size spots, hyper of hypopigmented skin are all signs of Bartonella.

Bartonella is a co-infection of Lyme Disease.

Impact on body:

Psychiatric disorders, headaches, drowisness and fatigue, tremors, sleep disorders, irritability/agitation/aggression, fever and chills, impulsivity, panic attacks, memory problems, diverse rashes, oxygen hunger sensations, muscle spasms/weakness, joint pain, obesity and body swelling, upper/lower GI disorders, numbness or loss of sensation, Dizziness, eye disorders (e.g., blurred vision, depth perception and retinal damage) skin lumps/eccentric growths or polyps in or on major organs.

Are the red spots like blood leaking?  I have a few red spots, mostly on my chest and upper arms, that if I scratch them they go away for a second and then fill back up with blood--at least that's what it looks like.  They don't leave stains on my clothes or if I wipe at them with a tissue.  They're probably about the size of a period in a sentence    .

Huh.  I get those red dots, too, but never give too much thought to them with everything else going on. Now I guess I'll watch them.

Don't scratch any spots on your body, that is a great way to get an infection or celulitis.

Some red spots are larger and can fill with liquid. Some look like a rash.
Other red spots are about the size of the head of a pin, or smaller.....no liquid.  Usually alone not in grouping.

Acne, boils on my face.
It is one of the joys of CEBV for me.
The first sign that I am getting run down is my skin.
I typically have great skin, but I will start to break out.
My doc/acupuncturist/dietitian all say this makes sense as the skin is the bodies largest organ.
The acne is worse when I exercise.
Sometimes I can respond quickly enough and get my immune system up.
But when I cannot, my skin will just break out for months.
One after another.
Royally sucks.
I need to just rest a lot (what I am doing this weekend) to calm it down.

I will watch out for the freckles/tags though ...
Interesting.
